Refund policy

If your order has not been shipped, you are eligible for a refund, excluding the processing fee.All Stoney Branch product sales are final. Because of the health code, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges. We will replace any product damaged or lost during shipment.However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, anything that happens after that point is outside of our control, and Stoney Branch is not liable.
